Company continues to build out plans for International Expansion of Patented Upcycling Technology
[Summerland, Canada] – Crush Dynamics Inc. (CrushDynamics) was privileged to host the Honorable Mary Ng, Minister of International Trade, Export Promotion, Small Business, and Economic Development as part of Canada’s ongoing mission to curtail greenhouse gas emissions, eliminate food waste, and provide natural, healthy ingredients to the global food chain.
Trade Minister Mary Ng met with CrushDynamics to review progress to take its recently patented process to all wine regions of the world. At scale, CrushDynamics proprietary biomechanical process could materially reduce global methane emissions equivalent to 50 million tonnes of CO2 greenhouse gas emissions per year on a worldwide basis.
Minister Ng emphasized the criticality of intellectual property protection for organizations planning international expansion like CrushDynamics, an agrifood technology company focused on solutions to valorize agricultural side streams with the power of fermentation. The Ministry plays a major role in protecting and promoting Canadian intellectual properties in international markets, especially small and medium technology companies.
Developed with the support of Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada and the National Research Council Canada, the CrushDynamics process, if implemented globally, has the potential to generate enough food calories to feed the world for at least one day a year. Food that is extremely high in antioxidants, minerals, amino and fatty acids.
